Advance booking is required. Please arrive on time: arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling or a late fee.
A non-refundable $30 deposit is required for certain services to secure your slot.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation, to avoid losing your deposit or paying additional fees.
Full payment is due immediately after your service, by cash, Zelle, Cash App or card.
Please arrive with your hair clean, dry and fully detangled. Additional fees apply if extra preparation is needed.
Children must stay calm and seated. Services may be declined if a child is unable to sit still.
Lena Hair Braiding is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced items.
You must stay completely still. Do not move your head or reach for towels until instructed, to avoid severe burns.
Avoid sudden movements while scissors, needles or heat tools are in use.
Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. No extra guests are allowed unless approved beforehand.
Any concerns must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) of your appointment.
Please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
An additional fee applies to all retouches, depending on the hairstyle and the damage.
